Motivation can make average Individuals turn into Star performers. Would you agree with that?
Met a Managing Director at one of my previous Organizations and got a chance to have a look at his Handwriting and analyze that.

What I realized was that he had an Excellent combination of Traits that made him the Excellent Leader that he had turned out to be. Needless to say, that when I worked there, I did believe in his Leadership ability and Talents and believed he deserved to be there at the top. And mind you – he did reach there.
Take a Mix of Excellent Communication Skills, above average Intelligence, Focus and Discipline, Ability to demand and get work done and Above average Interpersonal skills to be able to Excel at Motivating the Team and what you get is superlative Performance from the team excelling and meeting the desired objectives Year after Year.
If your manager has belief in your ability and Capabilities and he keeps pushing, you on with Motivating comments and advice, I believe that you can get better than 100% from each off the team members – Afterall the 100% definition is just a Mental limit that’s been put together by either the Manager or the team Member. And in most cases where Individuals have average self-esteem, they are invariably capable of Performing far above their own estimate of their Capabilities/Competencies.
Its up to the Leader to keep raising the bar and keep pushing and motivating the team to set their Goals higher keeping their Faith in themselves intact and growing.
